Beyond Good Foods Return Policy
Beyond Good Foods accepts returns of merchandise purchased directly from our website under the following conditions:

Return Period:
- The merchandise must be received by Beyond Good Foods within 14 days of the original purchase date. No returns will be accepted after this time period.

- You must provide your Order Number from the original purchase made through our website.

Dietary Supplements and Consumables:
- Returns of dietary supplements and other consumable products will only be accepted if the product remains unused and if the product is sealed and with the Original Packaging. These products must be purchased directly through beyondgoodfoods.com.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)
If you try a Beyond Good Foods supplement for the first time and aren’t thrilled, email care@beyondgoodfoods.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund the price of one opened container per product/SKU, even if it’s been used.
To protect against abuse:

The guarantee applies only to the first unit of each product purchased by a customer or shipping address. Any additional units must be unopened and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund under the standard 14-day return policy.

We may request a photo of the product and proof of purchase to validate the claim; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Beyond Good Foods reserves the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of suspected fraud or excessive returns.
After we approve your request, refunds are issued to the original payment method and follow the same processing timeline outlined in the Refund Process section.
This 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to orders shipped within the United States. International sales remain final as noted below.
How to Start a Return:

Contact Us: Before returning any merchandise, please contact our customer service team during business hours (9am-5pm CST) to initiate a return. You will need to provide your Order Number from the original purchase.

Return Authorization: Once your return eligibility is confirmed, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number and provide instructions for returning the product.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear in your account.
For International Orders:
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
Orders shipped to U.S. addresses are considered domestic and are covered by the policies above.
All international sales are final due to shipping and customs complexities.
