At Beyond Good Foods, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs in the US will be calculated and provided at checkout, based on the destination and the total weight of your order. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over a certain amount, if applicable (details available at checkout).
For shipping outside of the US, may changed based on location.
3. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
4. International Shipping
At this time, Beyond Good Foods only offers shipping to Canada and Mexico.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is handed over to the carrier.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at care@beyondgoodfoods.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
- In case of lost packages, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or missing shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize that the shipping information is incorrect, contact us immediately at support@beyondgoodfoods.com.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations, certain products may not be available for delivery to all locations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you via email.
