Binding Arbitration  Any dispute arising under these Terms or the purchase of any BGF product shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  2. Class‑Action Waiver  You and BGF agree that any arbitration shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

  3. Opt‑Out  You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing care@beyondgoodfoods.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt Out.”

18. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion. Obligations incurred prior to termination shall survive.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Policies constitute the entire agreement between you and BGF, superseding any prior agreements.
